( FAC ) is posting a large photo of Governor Palin on a web page they created. ( http://www.sarahswarchest.com/ ) to attract
her Main Street following - seeking contributions to an alleged campaign fund where the small print declares, "No refunds.
All donations are received as gifts.".
FAC has a drop down ‘Donate’ menu that places contributions
to Governor Palin SIXTH on a list of SEVEN possibilities. The eyeopener is the second name on the list - the first being FAC.
The second? A war chest created for and dedicated to RINOrat, Mit Romney!!! Say what??? Yes it’s him!!! Second only
to backstabber RINOrat, Newt Gingrich!!!.
Slithering further, FAC includes an ‘Earmark’ requirement
coyly written, "Yes, I want to Earmark a majority of my contribution to this candidate's future run for office.".
A ‘....majority...."??? Pray tell, what becomes of the balance - an under the table transfer to the RINOrat perhaps???

IMO,
FAC deceitfully manipulates the draw of Governor Palin’s name and picture only to give attention to the Rom saying,
"Donate to encourage Mit Romney to run in 2012." Another forked tongued comment comes with FAC not stipulating how
or when Romney will receive campaign funds - closing the dam on how Governor Palin get any money. A damned if I know what
they mean by "....when she runs...."!?!? Say what? Does Governor Palin only gets money AFTER she locks the convention

FAC says it’s now holding $2,430.50 meant for Governor Palin. I know in the grand scheme of things my opinion
is of little mind, but I will say I have come to the conclusion that FAC is running a low-down, dirty crawl-in-the-mud, bait-‘n-switch
con!!!Governor Palin’s legal counsel needs to close the door on this cheap con,
and demand any money collected for Governor Palin’s use.

can’t impeach an undocumented alien who willfully and purposely blindsided an arrogant racist cabal of communist elitists
who should be criminally prosecuted for failing to prevent the worst election fraud in human history.
The entire
American election apparatus from local county officials, state officials, the Electoral College, the Congress and lastly the
courts have committed and continue to perpetuate Constitutional treason. In the present time they are themselves compounding
their criminal conspiracy through a deliberate refusal to remove this criminal imposter from hatching further harm upon a
derelict, and dangerously ignorant American populous blinded by a media manipulation that would bring a smile to Hitler's
Reich Minister for Propaganda and Popular Enlightenment, Dr. Joseph Goebbels."The federal courts and judges are committing
treason to the Constitution by not taking jurisdiction and getting to the merits in the various cases before them regarding
the Article II eligibility clause question for Obama."

Marshall, who wrote in an 1821 case, Cohens vs. Virginia:

if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature
may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful.
With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. We
have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one
or the other would be treason to the constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid; but we cannot avoid them.
All we can do is, to exercise our best judgment, and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this, on the present occasion,
we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the constitution and laws of the United
States. We find no exception to this grant, and we cannot insert one."
Kerchner added, "The …
judges in the … cases should simply read the words of U.S. Supreme court Chief Justice Marshall from the past and take
jurisdiction of the constitutional question of the Article II eligibility clause in the Constitution and proceed to a fact
finding hearing and trial on the merits.
I am in complete agreement with Mr. Kerchner.

with future generations - to pay a debt they had no hand in creating. The upper House of Congress in what was, at one time, composed of Americans who understood
and respected their fiduciary duty to the taxpaying constituency, has been stolen by a clique of foreign and domestic money
changers who now control our gold, currency, and our entire banking system through their own - not ours - privately
controlled Federal Reserve System. A thieving system of usury that charges us interest on the use of our own American
currency, and it is they who capriciously determine how much interest will be charged, as well as how much American
currency will be circulated in America and throughout the world. Comes now the House of Representatives Tomorrow, the lower body of Congress - the House of Representatives
will either sardonically mock the term 'representative' or write legislation affirming : - Privately-funded mortgage insurance to stabilize the market;
- The privatizing of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac;
- Suspension
of mark-to-market regulatory rules until the SEC can issue new guidelines that will allow firms to mark assets to their true
economic value;
- Allow banks to treat losses on GSE stock as
ordinary losses, not capital losses;
- Temporary tax relief for
struggling companies;
- A crack down on fraud whether it is on
Wall Street or in Congress;
- Suspension of the capital
gains tax;
- Do not bind future generations to bail out irresponsible
financial organizations today with taxpayer money. Make it attractive for private capital instead;
- any bill must include complete transparency;
- Any bill must include an oversight panel that does not include members of the administration
or members of Congress, the Federal Reserve system, lawyers, lobbyists, or agents of the banking/investment/money market/hedge/funds
Elected officials ignore the will of the people at their peril. Voters sent them there
and voters can, and will, bring them home if the expansion of government into the free market continues. California Senator Barbara Boxer, a Democrat, heard Senator John McCain's the call for structural and policy
reform of Fannie and Freddie two years ago. She did nothing then, and voted to burden California taxpaying slaves with
a backbreaking weight of $700,000,000,000.00 of debt. "I've heard from people
who are very worried," said California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, also a Democrat Referring to taxpayer calls, faxes and
emails as a 'snowball, she said, "Once the snowball begins to roll, it picks up snow, and it's irreversible...."
Feinstein has supported the bailout in the face of overwhelming public opposition in California.
She said she has received 82,500 calls and letters against the legislation and 5,000 for it. She might just as well have
said, 'taxpayers can kiss my ass'. Do Boxer and Feinstein think we'll let them slide on the handcuffing of our children
so that they and their rich friends can pass off their debt to us? It's
in the House, and we're waiting and watching !!! God help them, should they turn their backs on us !!! -30-
